Grilled Chicken and Iceberg Lettuce Salad

Ingredients:

  • 250 g lettuce
  • 250 g chicken
  • 4 tsp jalapenos
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp herbs
  • 1 salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash lettuce well, drain and put in fridge. marinade the chicken breast with salt, oil, pepper and herbs for one hour. grill chicken on stove or in oven. Cool and cut into strips.
  2. Mix olive oil, sugar, salt, oregano, balsamic vinegar chilli flakes etc and shake well. keep aside for dressing. To the hand broken salad leaves, add the rest of the ingredients. Put into grilled chicken and toss well. Add dressing last.
