pan grilled chicken and iceberg lettuce Ingredients:
250 grams lettuce |
1 onion |
1 tomato |
250 grams chicken |
5 gherkins |
5 olives |
4 tsp jalapenos |
2 tbsp olive oil |
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar |
1/4 tsp oregano |
1/2 tsp sugar |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1 tbsp sunflower oil |
1/2 bell pepper |
1/4 tsp herbs |
1 salt to taste |
Directions:
1. wash lettuce well, drain and put in fridge. marinade the chicken breast with salt, oil, pepper and herbs for one hour. grill chicken on stove or in oven. Cool and cut into strips. 2. mix olive oil, sugar, salt, oregano, balsamic vinegar chilli flakes etc and shake well. keep aside for dressing. To the hand broken salad leaves, add the rest of the ingredients. Put into grilled chicken and toss well. Add dressing last. |
