Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp of powdered green tea
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder and Green tea together in large bowl and set aside.
  3. In separate bowl, mix butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  4. Add other ingredients, mix until smooth.
  5. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, dividing batter equally.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  7. Note: Muffin yiled depends on size of tins!
