Green Bean Teriyaki Fish

Ingredients:

  • 1 (400 g) package of frozen fish fillets
  • seasoning, of your choice
  • shredded cheese , of your choice

Directions:

  1. Defrost fish fillets and preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spread aluminum foil on an oven pan, folding up the sides to keep the juices inside.
  3. Place the fillets on the aluminum, spread out evenly.
  4. Pour the green beans over the fish, spreading evenly.
  5. Sprinkle pepper, dill, and seasoning (we use Vegeta), then pour teriyaki sauce to suit your taste.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Cover with another sheet of aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until green beans and fish are thoroughly cooked.
  8. Serve with rice and enjoy!
