Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place beans in a steamer basket. Place in a large saucepan over 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Transfer to a bowl; cool. Add the eggs and onion.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Add to bean mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Yield: 4-6 servings.
