Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325*.
  2. Lightly spray a cookie sheet and set aside.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients except cinnamon.
  4. Then all wet ingredients.Mix thoroughly.
  5. Knead dough on lightly floured surface till smooth.
  6. Roll out into 1/2 thick square patty -
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon over entire surface.
  8. Roll dough into a light log. Wrap and freeze for 30 minutes.
  9. Slice into 1/2 pieces.
  10. Bake on prepared baking sheet for 35-40 minutes.
