Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet and then coat with flour.
  2. Chop all veggies.
  3. Put all ingredients in crock pot.
  4. *add some worcestershire sauce and soya sauce to taste(just a few shakes)
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. (if adding dumplings add in last 15 minutes and cook until fluffy).
