Gotta Love These Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil the sliced carrots until crisp/tender, drain and put carrots back in saucepan, add butter, maple syrup, salt and pepper, heat through and seve.
