Sweet and scrumptious. Ingredients:
1 lb carrot, peeled and sliced |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons maple syrup |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil the sliced carrots until crisp/tender, drain and put carrots back in saucepan, add butter, maple syrup, salt and pepper, heat through and seve. |
