Ingredients:

  • 30 oz of chick peas
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup rice flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Put beans in a food processor and mash as much as possible.
  3. Put everything else except flour in the food processor and continue to chop it up until thoroughly blended.
  4. Put in a bowl and add flour until you get a firm, thick batter.
  5. Form into balls or patties and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
