Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir egg yolks with water and oats.
  2. Leave to stand 10 minutes.
  3. Mix mince with carrots, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, mustard, parsley, herbs, lemon juice and oat mixture, chilli powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Shape into a loaf - place on tray.
  6. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 180 degrees.
  7. Mix all tomato topping ingredients together.
  8. Bring to boil then simmer until thick and pulpy about 15-20 minutes.
  9. Place over meat loaf before putting in oven.
