Garlic Shrimp With Rice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place water and 1/2 tspn seasoned salt in small saucepan.
  2. Cover and bring to boil on high heat (I use regular brown rice cooked in my rice cooker).
  3. Thaw shrimp by placing in large bowl under cool running water 4-5 minutes (I used fresh cooked shrimp).
  4. Rinse snow peas and remove ends.
  5. Preheat wok (or large saute pan) on high 3 minutes.
  6. Place oil and garlic in pan.
  7. Add peas and vegetables and remaining 1/2 tspn seasoned salt.
  8. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  9. Drain Shrimp.
  10. Add shrimp and stir-fry sauce to wok.
  11. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes until thoroughly heated.
  12. Serve over rice.
