Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut, seed, and dice peppers, and place into pan.
  3. Add Olive Oil and to Peppers and Stir around thoroughly.
  4. Add Minced garlic and Stir Thoroughly.
  5. Place in oven and cook for hour and a half (until peppers are cooked down).
  6. Add cream cheese and stir until thoroughly melted and blended.
  7. Transfer into serving dish and serve right away or refrigerate.
