Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 stick real butter
  • 1/3 cup. milk
  • salt and peper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a pan with water add cut up potatoes with peels left on and peeled garlic cloves. Boil till tender.
  2. When tender drain water in colander then return to pan or a bowl. If you use a pan make sure its a stainless steel pan. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper blend till your desired consistency. Serve
