Garlic Herb Crusted Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Spray a baking sheet lightly with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a plastic ziplock bag.
  4. Place chicken in bag, seal tightly and shake to coat chicken.
  5. Remove chicken from bag with tongs, shaking off any excess flower mixture.
  6. Place chicken on baking sheet
  7. Spray chicken with a small amount of cooking spray
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes
