  1. Grease a 20 cm cakepan with the butter .
  2. Mix the crumbs and the caster sugar and press on sides.

  4. Blend the cheese and sugar along with the eggs and cream .
  5. Fold in the flour and vanilla .
  6. Mix the raisins and nutmeg lightly in .
  7. Bake for 55 mins until just set and still wobbly .
  8. Leave it in the oven for an hr with the opened door .
  9. Cool and Chill overnite loosely covered .
  10. Leave at room temparature for awhile before serving .
