This cake is a pure indulgence !!! Ingredients:
25 g butter |
25 g bread crumbs , fresh |
1 tsp caster sugar |
500g full fat cream cheese |
175 g golden caster sugar |
2 med eggs |
250 ml whipping cream . |
30 g sifted flour |
1 tsp vanilla |
55 g raisins |
1 tsp nutmeg , grated |
Directions:
1. Grease a 20 cm cakepan with the butter . 2. Mix the crumbs and the caster sugar and press on sides. 3. ..................... 4. Blend the cheese and sugar along with the eggs and cream . 5. Fold in the flour and vanilla . 6. Mix the raisins and nutmeg lightly in . 7. Bake for 55 mins until just set and still wobbly . 8. Leave it in the oven for an hr with the opened door . 9. Cool and Chill overnite loosely covered . 10. Leave at room temparature for awhile before serving . |
