Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line a 13x9x2 pan with foil and grease with 1 1/2 teaspoons of butter. Set aside
  2. In a large heavy pan, melt butter over low heat.
  3. Add next five ingredients, cook and stir until smooth
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in butterscotch chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla
  5. Pour in pan and refrigerate until set
