Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter & brown sugar to from a paste.
  2. Let this mixture caramelize over the heat for about a minute.
  3. Add all fruit (except citrus) and coconut & continue cooking until just hot.
  4. Carefully add the rum and ignite (optional) Spoon over vanilla ice cream.
