Feta Cheese Lettuce Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut lettuce.
  2. Cut tomatoes, a cucumber, and a yellow pepper into bite-size pieces.
  3. Mix lettuce, all the cut ingredients, and croutons together in a large bowl. Toss gently.
  4. Break feta cheese into small crumbs.
  5. Fine-cut mint leaves.
  6. Add feta cheese and mint leaves to your dressing in a small bowl, mix together.
  7. Add dressing to the ingredients in the bowl, toss gently.
  8. Sprinkle with lemon juice from half a lemon.
  9. Cut the rest of the lemon in round slices and add one to each plate as garnish.
  10. Enjoy your salad.
