Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until creamy-smooth.
  2. Add salt & flour
  3. Divide into two portions and chill for 2 hours.
  4. Roll one portion out to 1/8 thickness and cut with a round 3 cutter.
  5. Put 1/4 tsp. preserves in center of each cooky.
  6. Fold over opposite ends, slightly overlapping edges.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Before they cool, dust with powdered sugar (it won't stick as well on cooled cookies)
