Easy Slow-Cooked Beer Brisket

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Place brisket in ovenproof, heavy lidded dutch oven.
  3. Pour beer on top.
  4. Put all the other ingredients on top. Make sure brisket is completely covered - you can add a little beef broth if necc.
  5. Place covered dutch oven into 250 degree F.
  6. Oven and let cook all day ( 8-10+ hours ).
  7. Remove brisket from pan.
  8. Let brisket stand at least 30 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  9. Pour some sauce.
  10. ( be careful not to overdo the sauce) over the top of the sliced brisket.
  11. Serve at once.
