Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cake per package instructions;
  2. Pour batter into a greased 13 by 9 by 2 baking pan;
  3. Spread rhubarb chunks over the batter;
  4. Sprinkle with sugar;
  5. Pour cream over top;
  6. DO NOT MIX;
  7. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or til cake tests done.
  8. Cut after it's cooled
