Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil ( not too much) and gently heat the curry paste.
  2. Add cooked chicken.
  3. Add pumpkin soup, coconut milk and chicken stock.
  4. Gently heat through until simmering.
  5. Plate the soup and just before serving, sprinkle over some spring onions and coriander into each bowl.
