Ingredients:

  • 2 (16 oz) jars salsa (paul newman pineapple recommended)
  • 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can pineapple tidbits

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in a skillet and drain the oil.
  2. Stir in all other ingredients and cook on medium-low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
