Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the cucumber with the salt in a small container and put aside in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Squeeze cucumber to drain it of any excess liquid.
  3. Combine the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and cucumber in a small container and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow flavours to develop.
  6. Serve.
