  • 1 1/2 lb white fish fillets cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients 1st then add club soda
  2. Dip fillets and fry
