  1. In small skillet, saute onion, garlic and peppers.
  2. In big skillet, brown beef or turkey.
  3. Drain fat.
  4. Add all ingredients to crock pot.
  5. Cook on high 4 to 6 hours or medium 6 to 8 hours.
