Easy Chocolate Dipped Coconut Creams

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the condensed milk, butter, and the lemon juice...stir well
  2. Gradually stir in the powdered sugar.. mix well
  3. Add coconut and the almonds... mix well
  4. Shape into 3/4-inch balls.
  5. Cover and freeze 4 hours or until firm
  6. Put candy coating in top of a double boiler... bring water to a boil
  7. Reduce heat to low.. cook until the coating melts
  8. Remove from the heat but leave the coating over the water
  9. Using 2 forks dip frozen candy balls in melted coating
  10. Allow the excess to drip off
  11. Cool on wax paper
  12. Store in the refrigerator

  14. To make a nice presentation but the candies in paper candy cups
  15. Yields 8 dozen
