Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine milk, egg, margarine, vanilla, syrup and banana, and blend in a mixing jug
  2. Place flour, sugar and all other remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl, combine. Mix in milk mixture.
  3. Pour mixture into a 12 hole greased muffin tray
  4. Bake for 20-25mins at 175 C
  5. Note: Coconut, sultanas etc can also be added the muffins.
  6. Can be made with pineapple (tinned in natural juice) with some mixed dried fruit!!! YUM!! Can add a little less margarine in this case.
