Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pan melt the margarine
  2. Add the onion and stir for 1 minutes add the frozen vegetables, and stir for 5 minutes
  3. Add the rice and mix well, stirring constantly
  4. Add the dry herbs and garlic powder
  5. Season with pepper and salt to taste
  6. (you can also add chopped fried eggs or a 1/2 can of well drain chick peas)
  7. Enjoy
