A yummy easy fried rice that be eaten on its own or with a light stew. enjoy Ingredients:
2 cups cooked cold basmati rice |
1 cup frozen mix vegetables |
1 medium onion..roughly chopped |
2 tablespoon margarine |
1 teaspoon mix dry herbs |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. in a large pan melt the margarine 2. add the onion and stir for 1 minutes add the frozen vegetables, and stir for 5 minutes 3. add the rice and mix well, stirring constantly 4. add the dry herbs and garlic powder 5. season with pepper and salt to taste 6. (you can also add chopped fried eggs or a 1/2 can of well drain chick peas) 7. enjoy |
