Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine confectioners sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter in saucepan.
  2. Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and cool.
  3. Combine crushed cookies with 1/2 melted butter.
  4. Pat into greased 9x13 baking dish and freeze until firm.
  5. Sprinkle with Spanish peanuts over cookie crust.
  6. Spread softened ice cream over peanuts and cover with cooled chocolate sauce.
  7. Freeze until ready to serve. Slice into bars.
