Drunken Chicken Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups corn syrup
  • 1 lb honey
  • 1 tbsp montreal poultry seasoning
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp white pepper
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 lime , juice of
  • 1 tbsp ginger (saute separately first)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken breasts for at least 2 hours.
  2. Grill chicken. If you choose to use the marinade for sauce after marinating chicken, you must boil the marinade for safety reasons.
