Enough marinade for at least 20 chicken breasts, this is great for a party and can be made ahead of time. Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 cups corn syrup |
1 lb honey |
12 ounces jim beam bourbon |
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper |
1 tablespoon montreal poultry seasoning |
8 drops tabasco sauce |
1 tablespoon paprika |
2 tablespoons chili flakes |
1 tablespoon ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons white pepper |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 lime, juice of |
1 tablespoon ginger (saute separately first) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken breasts for at least 2 hours. 2. Grill chicken. If you choose to use the marinade for sauce after marinating chicken, you must boil the marinade for safety reasons. |
