Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp poppy seed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cook; spread out a little batter is thick.
