Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups whole pitted dates
  • 2/3 cup dried figs
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1/4 cup kosher sweet red wine
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup kosher miniature marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Place first 4 ingredients in a food processor. Pulse 4 times or until coarsely chopped, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Add wine, juice, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple. Pulse 2 times to combine (mixture should be slightly chunky but spreadable). Place fruit mixture in a large bowl; stir in marshmallows and walnuts. Cover and refrigerate at least for 2 hours or overnight.
