Directions:

  1. Steam and chop cooled chicken
  2. Chop apples into bite-size chunks
  3. Chop green onions
  4. Add above and cooked rice
  5. Add mayonaise and curry powder
  6. Add pecans
  7. Mix well
  8. Will keep for a couple of days in the refrigerator
