rice with apples, chicken and curry Ingredients:
270 gram rice, short-grain |
190 gram chicken, breast |
235 gram apple |
40 gram green onion |
20 gram mayonaise |
5 gram curry powder |
20 gram pecans |
Directions:
1. steam and chop cooled chicken 2. chop apples into bite-size chunks 3. chop green onions 4. add above and cooked rice 5. add mayonaise and curry powder 6. add pecans 7. mix well 8. will keep for a couple of days in the refrigerator |
