Ingredients:

  • 1 thin slice red onion
  • 1 tsp, curry powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayoniase

Directions:

  1. Put chicken onion and curry powder, salt and mayoniase into food processor. Process untill smooth.Add toasted almonds
  2. Form into a ball and roll in Parsley.
  3. Prepare several hours ahead of time to allow flavors to blend .
  4. Refrerate.
