another great use for cooked chicken Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chicken |
1 thin slice red onion |
1 tsp, curry powder |
salt to taste |
1/2 cup mayoniase |
1/2 cup almonds toasted |
1/3 cup minced parsely |
Directions:
1. Put chicken onion and curry powder, salt and mayoniase into food processor. Process untill smooth.Add toasted almonds 2. Form into a ball and roll in Parsley. 3. Prepare several hours ahead of time to allow flavors to blend . 4. refrerate. |
