Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) can green chilies
  • 8 medium onions
  • 8 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp clove
  • 1 tbsp allspice
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Chop chiles and onions.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Cook together in large pot until thickened.
  4. Pour into jars and seal while hot.
