Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel cucumbers either totally or partially, depending on how you like them, then slice into thin rounds. Slice onion, and add to cucumber. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Pour over onion and cucumber, stir. Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour before serving.
