Cucumber Salad With Sour Cream |

We used to make this in huge batches for the salad bar at the restaurant I worked at. I had to guess at measurements as I just dump a little in until it looks and taste right so I recommend tasting and adding depending on your taste. Ingredients:
2 med cucumbers |
1/2 white onion |
1/2 c. sour cream |
1 t. apple cider vinegar |
1 tsp sugar |
white pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel cucumbers either totally or partially, depending on how you like them, then slice into thin rounds. Slice onion, and add to cucumber. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Pour over onion and cucumber, stir. Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour before serving. |
