Cucumber And Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium. onion
  • 2 tblsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 teasp canning salt

Directions:

  1. Chop the tomato and cucumber into bit size pieces.
  2. Slice up the onion and separate the rings.
  3. Place the above into a bowl and cover with vinegar and 1 teasp of salt, mix, let stand about 10 mins, then cover with the rest of the salt and mix again. serve.
