Directions:

  1. Place chicken in bottom of crockpot.
  2. Add the remaining ingred. except for lemon juice, hot sauce & rice. Cover; cook on Low for 8-10 hrs or on Hi for 4-5 hrs.
  3. In last hr of cooking, add lemon juice & hot sauce.
  4. Serve over hot rice.
