Crock Pot Tuna Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Layer half of potatoes in bottom of crock pot; half of veggies, and one can of tuna, 1/2 the curry powder.
  2. Repeat layers.
  3. Spoon soup over all and pour in water.
  4. Cover and cook on Low setting for 7-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
