Directions:

  1. In 3-4 quart crock pot, combine onion, pork and beans, ketchup and mustard and stir to blend.
  2. Add chops to crock pot, pushing some down into the bean mixture.
  3. Cover crock pot and cook on low for 8-9 hours until pork is tender.
