  3. Layer ingredients in crock pot in this order:.
  4. Onions.
  5. Carrots.
  6. Water mixture.
  7. Chicken.
  8. Olive oil.
  9. Oranges.
  10. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  11. Serving Suggestion.
  12. Serve over rice or couscous.
