Croatian Simple Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 200 g cucumbers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 g salt
  • 1 g pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Peal the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
  2. Mince garlic well and add into sliced cucumber.
  3. Add vinegar, oil and water and season as you like with salt and pepper.
  4. Leave in refrigerator to cool a bit and serve.
